Where can you send a concierge order?: We can coordinate flower delivery anywhere in the United States or Canada through a trusted floral professional near the recipient.
Who makes and delivers the flowers?: Greenville Floral receives your order and works with a florist near the recipient. That local florist creates and delivers the arrangement.
What is the $20 floral concierge fee?: It covers Greenville Floral coordinating the order with the receiving florist. It is shown separately before payment and on your confirmation and receipt.
Will the flowers look exactly like a picture?: Concierge arrangements are built to your budget and preferences using the best flowers available locally. Colors or flower varieties may be substituted while preserving the feeling and value of your order.
Can I choose the delivery date?: Yes. Choose the date in the order form. Availability can vary by destination and holidays, so placing the order early gives the receiving florist the best chance to meet it.
What happens after I pay?: Your paid order is saved immediately. You receive an order confirmation and receipt, and Greenville Floral receives the details needed to coordinate your delivery.
